Excellent Stay”
It was my first experience with this hotel and I do love my stay at Village Hotel Bugis. It is very convenient for those who come with family because the room space is good enough. Hospitality given by the staff is very kind, especially the front office and also the bell boy who help us during our vacation. I do surprise when we can get our room early at 1 o'clock since we get there early and with this flexibility I will choose Village Hotel Bugis whenever i come to Singapore again. Hotel location which near by to MRT bugis about 300m enable me to get anywhere. This hotel located at the heaven of muslim food because it is very easy to find food. There are a lot of choices such as beriyani, murtabak, nasi padang and sup tulang merah where you can find it along Arab Street. For those who come with family this hotel is the right choice for your vacation.

Great Hotel”
I had two one night stopover stays at the Village Hotel Bugis six weeks apart. Both times I was stopping over between flights/bus journeys. The staff were very helpful to me including looking after a bag for the six weeks between my stays. I complimented the management both times on what I saw to be their well trained, helpful and attentive staff. The rooms are spacious and relaxing with all the facilities you would expect from a good hotel - fitness centre, business centre and swimming pool; and although I personally didn't have time to use these facilities I did check them out and they looked good. I was surprised to find that the hotel also has a laundrette which is great for long term travellers without the prohibitive costs (by the item of clothing) usually charged by the top hotels. The hotel is so close to the Bugis MRT station that it can be said to be close to all facilities that it can be said to be very well located for all parts of Singapore; in addition, it overlooks the Kampong Glam area and the impressive Sultan Mosque is across the street. The iconic Raffles Hotel is a 10 minute walk with the old centre of Singapore only a further 10 minute stroll away - or one can get the MRT. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Singapore.

Very pleasant hotel and staff”
My 10 year old son and I stayed at Landmark Village Hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. We found it to be a very pleasant hotel from check in to check out. The staff was courteous and helpful; looking up addresses to shops we wanted to go to, finding out operating hours of tourist attractions, giving us good advice on how to get to places, etc. The room was clean and relatively spacious with a great view of the city. The location was great. We were very close to the Bugis MRT station and shopping plazas (Bugis Junction) and markets as well as a variety of restaurants which came in handy since the breakfast buffet left a bit to be desired. In fairness, it was still the Chinese New Year holiday time so the hotel was rather full and the reception told us that it would be very crowded during the breakfast serving hours. We tried it on the first day and they were right. We had to sit at a table that had not been cleaned since there was no other place to sit. However the staff noticed this and were very apologetic and did not charge us for the meal so no real complaints there. After that, we had breakfast outside the hotel which was fine since there were many places to eat nearby. Taxis were very easy to get in front of the hotel with a minimal waiting time during the daytime or evenings. There are also money changers available outside the hotel entrance and a Seven Eleven across the street to restock the mini fridge. I did take a look at the pool and it was nice but we never used it since we were busy doing other things – didn’t really come to Singapore to use a hotel pool anyway but it was nice to have. I work and live in Vietnam with my son and we have traveled to Singapore several times over the years for holidays. We have stayed in a variety of hotels but I intend to stay in Landmark Village on our next stay as it suited us very nicely.

Value hotel with good location”
We chose the hotel because it next to Raffles Hospital, where we had some appointments with doctors. I booked the Deluxe room thanks to some previous reviews on Agoda. The room was very nice, good size for a family of 2 parents and 2 kids. Amenities and bathroom are new and clean. Bed was very comfortable and nice to sleep. Public parts of hotel, on the other hand, were quite old (small entrance, old restaurants...) but it were OK. Food in Moi Chi (Chinese restaurant) and the Landmark was not very fancy and we just have some quick snack over there. The location is very good, about 3 min walk to Raffles Hospital and 7 min to Bugis Junction and Bugis +. Opposite had a 7/11, a Domino Pizza and a Western restaurants. Other dining options are Starbucks and Subway under Raffles Hospital building and many other choices in Bugis Juntion B1 Floor (including a Cold Storage dept for those who wants fresh fruits & contained foods) The hotel was previously known as Landmark Hotel so many taxi drivers had hard time locating the Village Bugis Hotel. You should tell them "Village Bugis Hotel in Landmark Complex on Arab Street" then it should be fine. The pricing is good, cause we don't pay for the extra bed for the kids. Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel and will definitely come back again next time.

Real Value for Money”
We normally stay in the City hall area of Singapore but as this trip was for different reasons, we took a chance on the Village Hotel Bugis. Only 3 minutes walk from Bugis MRT, surrounded by food and shopping markets, the hotel was very reasonable priced and terrifically comfortable. Our room on the 12th floor was a good size with big windows and individual control air conditioning The bathroom boasted beautiful toiletries and a rain shower head. The quality bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch, as was the enormous bed. Staff were discreet but very helpful when needed. The pool is undergoing renovation at the moment, so there is building going on up there but it is still operational. Wifi was free and reliable. I was really impressed with this hotel, especially at the very reasonable price we paid. Highly recommend!

Friendly Staff, Awesome Service & Great Location”
I was here with my husband for a staycation to celebrate our anniversary. Annie (Senior Guest Service Executive) attended to us and we were pleasantly surprised with an early check-in and room upgrade. She was really friendly and asked how was our stay on check-out as well. We also got cakes and a handwritten card by Wahid and Yanti (Guest Service Executives). Thank you all for making our stay at Village Hotel Bugis a memorable one, and we will definitely be back! :) Highly recommend this hotel for couples on staycation/vacation. Location-wise, the hotel is a short walk away from Bugis mrt station station, with historical landmarks (Sultan Mosque, Malay Heritage Centre, Arab Street, Bussorah Street) and shopping (Haji Lane, Bali Lane, Bugis Junction, Bugis+ and Bugis Street) all within walking distance. Thus, it is very convenient for entertainment (late night movies!), with lots of food options and different cuisines to try.

right in the heart of the city ”
I usually come to spore with my husband to go shopping and leisure. And i could not found any hotels that is meet our requirement ( clean, close to city, reasonable price). I just found this hotel few months ago through agoda. thanks to agoda very very much. this hotel is just unbelieveable. the location is just above bugis mrt. next to raffles hospital. and more importantly i do not have to go far away for shopping. just go to bugis junction. and downstairs you will find any 24 hour convenience store. pretty practical if you get hungry at night. and if you want to explore singapore with bus, the bus stop is just next door.

clean, value for money and accessibility to nearby facilities and entertainment”
Check-in was easy, one lift was under operation so it was a little wait there but all is good. Clean hotel too! Easily accessible via MRT. Those travelling from airport can easily access the downtown line to get don to Bugis Station. Location is great for young families especially for Muslim travellers who are always on a lookout for halal food. Nearby cafes in Arab St which is just a few metres walk and for more options, just walk down to Bugis Street. Bugis Street, Bugis junction has plenty of food options (reasonably price too, cheaper than Arab St though) shopping with great bargains and entertainment for kids as well. Breakfast was so-so but room amenities are superb. Travelling to town (e.g. Orchard Rd, Suntec, Esplanade etc) is easy too with nearby bus services or MRT. Located just opposite Raffles Hospital with a food court underground that offers plenty of food too. Best to go without breakfast option because there are plenty of food to go around from outside the hotel.

The best staycation!”
Simply the best staycation that I ever had,Ms Alice from Village hotel Bugis was really really sweet and helpful and throughout the check-in,she made sure we are comfortable(as a mother of young kid,she really made everything sweet and even gave out balloon and goodies for my daughter especially and it sure brighten up my daughter's day and so do mine) We even got an upgrade when she saw that we are travelling with kids which was really really a nice gesture,my daughter really enjoyed her upgraded room filled with kids deco and toys and my in-law really love their rooms which was facing the mosque(it was so surreal to them to them with the calmness of it) Once again,a big Thankyou Village Hotel Bugis!!We will definitely highly highly recommend it to others!May there be more people like Alice in the service line..love her smile and warm accomodating nature..

Adam you are a champ! ”
After staying in Singapore for 5 days, I extended my stay with Village hotel Bugis for one more night. There was a mix up with Agoda and some discrepancy between the Hotel and the website. Things were becoming confusing, then came Mr. Adam, he was our hero. He sorted out things for us, plus I would like to mention this lady whom I spoke with on phone at Agoda's office(I spoke with a few different persons, but there was one or two in particular who were extremely helpful). They gave us a free upgrade to Club room. All is well that ends (so) well. Loved the room and the facilities. Both Agoda and Village staff were extremely apologetic for a little inconvenience we faced and everyone was extremely helpful. Thank you for excellent customer service.

Strategic and Convenient Amazing Hotel in Arab Street ”
Dear Bugis Village Hotel and Team, We stayed in the deluxe room on the 11th floor facing the sultan mosque and had a wonderful stay. The room is comfortable. Aircon was good, all toiletries were provided such as robes, towels, iron, and boards in the room that was necessary for our stay. Although the counter was busy during weekends and check-in time, all the staff including the backend counter came forward to attend to all guests and we didn't have to wait long. Your staff displayed such a warm welcome to all the guests. I have another family who even decided to check-in at the last minute the next day upon seeing how comfortable the place is. The surrounding was so vibrant and plenty of foods and places to see. This hotel is the most strategic and convenient place to stay when you are in Arab Street. Due to covid, there are some regulations in the hotel such as pre-booking of the swimming pool and no room service. But it was totally fine. The price for the hotel was affordable and worth it. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and pleasant. We would definitely choose to return to this hotel again.

Great hospitality”
This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. Easy access to halal eateries and shopping area (Arab Street, Haji Lane, Bugis Junction, Bugis Street, Bugis+, Raffles City). MRT and bus stops are at close proximity. Warm hospitality from the staffs. The only con is the slow lift. The first time staying here our room was facing Arab Street and Sultan Mosque which we absolutely love especially when we could hear the adzan. On second trip however the hotel could not accommodate our request for our room to face Sultan Mosque since we were traveling in group and limited connecting rooms are available. Nevertheless we appreciate the staffs' patience dealing with our request. We will definitely stay here again if we were to come to Singapore. Highly recommended.

I was surprised on the comfort level”
I staycation around Singapore hotel every weekend and was pretty surprise that Village Hotel Bugis was beyond my expectation. Front desk staff was really smiley and helpful. The next day I woke up late as the bed was really very comfortable, compatible to 5stars hotel's bed. I called front desk wanting to request for a later check-out at 12.30pm, the staff cheerfully said "dun worry ms tan you can take ur time, i will extend your room till 3pm." i was impress by the initiative.

It was a wonderful and comfortable stay as we were given the high floor with beautiful view and they actually do their best to fulfill our special request during the booking and all done perfectly. Thanks to Agoda staff who had assist me for amendment. It was only a 1 nite stay but front line staff Sheila who chk me in had really make my day by upgrading us and being very attentive, friendly and polite even though I'm a local guest meaning there's no discrimination of any guest who chkin. In fact their friendliness and sincere service can attract not only guest from overseas but also the local singaporeans to bring their families for staycation at The Village at Bugis Hotel. Much appreciated for the wonderful services and for the short but memorable stay. Thank you Sheila from the village bugis hotel.

Exceptional Stay at Village Hotel Bugis”
The location of the hotel is excellent! It is located nearby the Bugis Junction Mall and also the local MRT Station was a couple of minutes walk away. The staff at the counter was very friendly and nice! Thanks, Idah for making our stay an exceptional one! Thank you too for the birthday day wishes that you and your colleagues gave to my girlfriend before we even checked in to the room. The room, on the other hand, was very spacious and comfortable with an added bathtub as well! The executive lounge was amazing too as the food was really good and it is all free of charge. Thank you, Village Hotel for the exceptional stay and hospitality. I'll definitely come back again for my next holiday.

Location, Value, Ease”
I always stay at Village Hotel Bugis during Singapore trips. Room is huge, so it is value for money. We were checked-in earlier than the usual 2pm, so that was a plus. Check-out was easy and quick as well. Location wise, it is a good place since it is close to Bugis and Arab St area, so Food, Drinks are ample. Taxi drivers tend to refer the hotel as Landmark, since there is a shopping arcade called Landmark adjacent to the hotel.

Better hotel than hotels i have stayed to be”
I have great times during my stay in landmark village hotel, over my expectations before about this hotel. for my first impression, i have a little bit disappointed with the lobby, the lobby is too plain without any luxury seats or decorations. it was combined with travel counter and have connected door with shops. but it was covered with politeness, helpful and smiley face from the reception staff. after i check in and go to the room on 16th floor (1625 & 1626) i found that the room was great. the room size quite big for deluxe type compared with other hotel i ever stayed. the water heater is in good condition, the bed, the TV set, the complimentary, the view, and the most important it is near bugis junction and bugis street. it also near bugis MRT station. i have made decision, i will stay in this hotel when i come back visit singapore again. hopefully this december. in this opportunity, i would like to thank to all staff in landmark village hotel that giving me and my family have a great time spending holidays in singapore. unforgettable moment share with you.
