Exceptional service by husband/wife owners”

Off the well-beaten path, in a very quiet area. (but not far from the various sites of Khao Yai). Resort has a backdrop of a steep mountain, very picturesque. Very positive experience when we drove in, as the owner ran out to the car and welcomed us by name. He then insisted on carrying our luggage to the room. Didn't wait for his staff to do it. The villa was very clean and had all the necessities, plus a steam room. Very Nice. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious, cooked by the wife/owner. Owners spent quite a bit of time talking with us, and gave us advice as to what to see and do in the area. Breakfast was wonderful. The owner baked the bread and also hand-ground the coffee beans before making our coffee. Actually gave us too much food for breakfast. American breakfast plus salad plus home baked bread plus rice porridge plus fruit tray... Really exceptional service all around. They grow their own vegetables, raise chickens for eggs, and keep several miniature horses on premises. I couldn't say enough good things about this resort.

The Best Kept Secret in Khao Yai”

This was the second family in our traveling group and we found this hotel is so different from most hotels as it is built around a theme and each room is different from the next in colour and style. As we have 4 children we booked the Pool Villa for 6 and how fantastic to have the pool two steps from our door. The children (aged 9 to 14) really enjoyed the pool as did us and the pool had it's own Bar, just the thing for thirsty, hot travelers. And the pool bar was open 24 hours - I loved that :) The staff were so attentive and the smallest request was met with a smile and a quick reply. When we next travel to Thailand/Bangkok we will deffinately plan to take a few days to stay here again and explore all this lovely hotel has to offer. This hotel is snuggled in Khao Yai and some travelers may need the hotel's pilot service to guide them to the hotel (like we needed).

We enjoyed a weekend in Khao Yai with our 3-year old daughter and stayed at Ville De La Vie Resort. Our daughter loved feeding the fish, the horses and playing with the dogs. We will certainly go back.

It was our first visit to Khao Yai and to be honest, we were nervous. However it turned out to be a really pleasant surprise. Everyday, we were served with utterly delicious Thai vegan food (apparently it’s the first time they prepared vegan food for guests). Auntie, Tee and her husband make sure we were well taken care of, in terms of our food, stay, and everything else. It’s been a great relaxing trip and we had so much fun with their 2 lovely dogs. We’ll definitely return again, and to anyone who wants to wind down and unplug, I encourage you to visit this lovely place ^^

Relaxing resort in the mountains”

I Loved this place was so peaceful and relaxing . we stayed in villa with steam room , very relaxing after long drive. the bed was nice and soft . the pool was fantastic salt water pool near the resturant. breakfast was good choice . the staff were very friendly. the road leading to resort is unmade and many pot holes (not resorts fault ) and signage was very hard to find ...the staff guided us to resort as we got lost .i would recommend this place to anyone and will be back in near future .

Good for relax”

We loved this place. Good view and good meals but I suggest if you would like to stay in this resort don’t need to eat outside, yes price is a bit expensive but it’s delicious anyway. And also pet friendly but price is too expensive 500 baht/pet/night i think 500 baht/pet it’s enough. All staffs are lovely we feel like home..

Beautiful resort with super friendly staffs ”

100% love this resort and their hospitality. The resort arranged evening trip to organic farm for THB150 everyday. The staffs were all friendly and helpful. We felt so welcome there. It's however isn't on the main road so be carful driving in the dark to get food outside the resort at night. Overall, we love this place and will book for our winter trip again! :D

Fantastic Service, Clean Open Room, Personal Steam Room, etc.”

Very quiet setting about 15 minutes from Highway 2 (the main 8 lane highway running through Pak Chong). Beautiful landscaping. Rooms are circular and have a very cozy feel to them. Owners make a point to ensure you're comfortable and satisfied with your stay. Wish every place could have service and environment as good as this resort. Highly recommended.

Great hotel definitely recommend .”

Let's start with the location. The location is not that good with bumpy roads and hard to locate. Definitely should use Google maps to get here. However the trouble in getting here was worth it as the place is honestly very beautiful. My family booked the pool villa and were greeted with a nice simple pool whenever we stepped out of our room. The breakfast is delicious and is cooked by the owners. We loved that we were able to feed the horses, rabbits and the other animals at the resort. The owners were very kind and welcoming. The only con in the room is that the showers were inconsistent (heat). Other than that , we had a great 2 night stay and we definitely recommend others to stay here

Very relaxing stay”

Very nice resort with comfortable room, the owner and stuff are very very friendly, even the dog are so friendly that it want you to play with them. Will definitely come back soon.

Great service”

Service was great. Upon reaching the gate, they immediately fetch us using their 'golf car' to the hotel. Environment was really relaxing. Service was good and the owner was friendly. Room was big enough for 5 persons as there are 3 queen sizes beds. However one of the toilets are at the balcony. And as the building is just beside the forest, there are many insects outside. So we didnt really wanted to use it. The toilet inside was huge though. There are also some insects in the room but was okay for us. Breakfast spread was not alot but it was very good. We are asked to pick up the eggs from the chicken farm and it was an experience. Horse, rabbit and pigs feeding are also available and it is FOC.

Peaceful, lovely place with tasty foods and friendly staff!”

Just 2 hours and a little more drive from Bangkok, we could spend so peaceful time. We were the only customers as we stayed on weekdays! Birds were singing, and much cooler than Bangkok in the morning and night. Each villa has own gardens. 2 sheep are walking around in the site, and there are horse, pigs, chickens and carps in the pond(No rabbits) Owners, staffs, 2 Labradors are friendly. We could take our dog everywhere and could spend together all the time. Foods are delicious. Room is clean, but water pressure of shower is a little bit weak. Breakfast starts 8am(it’s a little late for us). But I recommend for this lovely hotel!

Hidden gem”

Well run and secluded resort, not far from all the attractions of Khaoyai. Hard to get to due to poor roads but quiet and private once here. We got one of the villas and recommend it. Pool is small, good for splashing and relaxing but not exercise swimming. Breakfast was homey and service was attentive. Great coffee. I would return.

Unqiue Design”

Always love to stay in a single individual separated units and this resort has a unique design with large walking space inside the room. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Like other guests' comments, children will love it! Only spend a night but it offers good impression on my first stay. Will visit again.

Like visiting a Friend’s house in the mountain. ”

For the first time driver in Thailand, it was a bit stressful to drive there especially when nights fell. But the people in the resort are wonderful. They made us feel that we were visiting a friend’s house. Kids love collecting eggs from chickens, we like to ride bicycle. We only stated 2nights there but definitely stayed more if we knew it. Sincere service, Lovely place.

We rang for directions and the owner sent a staff member to lead us to the hotel. On arrival the experience was faultless; the room so different in style and so comfortable; food and beverage fantastic and the staff so helpful. I can see how this hotel has such high ratings. We are looking forward to returning.

Lovely chalet style rooms”

This is a lovely little resort that has been built with individual chalet style rooms that are very clean. The food we had at the small restaurant was excellent and has a Thai / Italian theme to it. the hotel is a bit hard to find so make sure you have the phone number so you can call them for guidance

Lovely Bangkok escape”

An eclectic hotel in the countryside with a french/moroccan theme and nice gardens. The owners and the other staff are super friendly and helpful. The pool view room was clean, spacious, practical and comfortable but don't expect luxury. The pool is perfect for the kids and they also enjoyed collecting the chicken eggs in the morning. Breakfast and lunch at the restaurant was pretty good but alot of flies which was a bit annoying. Overall an interesting and pleasant place to stay.

This is a great resort, all staff are so nice, good view and weather. Our kids loves this place and their dogs. Good time to stay here with the family.
