Enjoyable stay at Well Hotel Bangkok”

Had a wonderful stay at this gem at Sukhumvit Soi 20. The décor is very modern and the room is designed for comfort. Service at the hotel was excellent. The concierge was amazing. Max was a wonderful help! He provided information around what we wanted to do, and even offered more suggestions on what else we might be interested in. We asked for empty bowls to be delivered to the room and it was done efficiently. Should you wish to take the Well Hotel TukTuk service from the hotel, do note that there are scheduled runs. Please plan before hand. To manage expectations, the pool was on the small side. The gym had all the amenities I needed. Had a meal at the restaurant on the ground floor. Service, plating, and taste was impeccable. It cost about 250-350baht per dish. Thoroughly enjoyed the pomelo chicken salad sprinkled with pomegranate, and the crab in yellow curry with brown rice vermicelli. In terms of distance, it is not a far walk from Terminal 21, Asok Station, and Sukhumvit MRT. Due to the traffic taxis are not always the best option, thus we relied on the trains a lot. There is also a family mart located at the entrance of the hotel, easy to pick up any snacks. On the downside, the pillow is too soft and could not support the neck too well. Unlike other hotels, we need to turn on the air-conditioning when we get into the room, it does not turn on automatically with the key in the key card slot. Overall, a very comfortable 4 day stay in Bangkok at Well Hotel.

Enjoyed our stay, booked 2 superior rooms,ask for same floor, 1 room king size bed, another twin bed for my kids Front desk staff name Ann (night shift) are super nice, she gave the rooms that we requested on booking promptly,room itself has all the amenities such as fridge,safe box,good aircon,free 4botles of water daily,change the bed linen and towels daily too..little downside is the soundprrof of room not quiet as we expected,still can hear door slams,maybe because room is very close to each other,but still okay though... Location is about 10 mins walks to bts asok/sukhumvit mrt,on the way to bts asok is terminal 21 mall,from asok you can go to every parts of touristy destination in bangkok To catch rail link station just 1 stop away from bts asok, off at petchaburi then transfer to rail link to suvarnabhumi airport Many massages shop around hotel,easy to get food,next door is 24h convinience store,pool is on 7 floor Check in n out was smooth,also concierge staff name Nut was very helpful,polite and tell us where is the best way to get to our destination Recommended hotel, we'll be staying in well hotel while we are in bangkok again. Little downside only dining room staff (Bfast time) hardly seeing smiles from them, even in the morning, where the day has just begun...

Good location as it is just a 5-10 mins walk from Asok BTS station & Sukhumvit MRT Station. Many restaurants & pubs around. Near Terminal 21 Mall. Room was very spacious & have modern interior. Hotel & rooms has the fresh & new smell. Very clean. TV channels are all in HD. I love this hotel very much. I paid less than USD100 per night which is super affordable with this type of luxury. You only can get it at Well Hotel. I hope this hotel maintains their luxury standard & their price as I highly recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to visit Bangkok.

Very nice place to stay”

In looking at Bangkok Hotels on Agoda, the star system seemed to be whacky, would look at a 4 or 5 star listing, pictures would be great, but reviews tended to say that rooms were old and not always clean, in need of remodel. Picked Well Hotel because it was new, opened Jan 2016. While a smaller hotel, everything was great, lobby and front desk staff great and always helpful and many spoke some English. Room was small as the listing said, but was spotlessly clean, and everything worked and the A/C was cold and you can leave it on when you leave room so it is not hot room each time you return. Breakfast buffet included with room was very good, large selection, nice dinning room, great staff. Other meals we ate outside, some of the street food that sets up outside the Hotel most nights was very good, especially the one close to the 7/11 (about 1 or 2 minute walk from Hotel. We ate there many nights, always busy. At hotel Elevators nice, pool nice (water a little on cold side) but pool staff fine. We arrived after 1 am and no problem, lobby staffed 24/7, departed at 400 am after 18 night's. Location good, short walk to Terminal 21 Mall one direction and short walk to Emporium Mall the other direction. Both malls also at train station. Room maid staff great, if they forgot something, were happy to correct it very quickly. Great place, would stay again, would recommend it.

Perfect short stay, will visit again”

We visit Bangkok every month and try different hotels. The Well stands out as one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at in the Sukhumvit area. Good location on Soi 20, quiet area but easy walk to Asoke BTS/Sukhumvit MRT. Several good restaurants in the area. Room exceptionally clean and comfortable, and staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Well worth it”

Well Hotel is located conveniently on Sukhumvit Soi 20. It is about a 7 min walk from both Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT which makes it easy to get around Bangkok. The hotel itself relatively well priced for its facilities.

Would stay again”

The hotel staff were friendly, and helpful. I find a lot of hotels in BKK implement a lot of ridiculous policies designed to make their staff look busy or important, or something. Doesn't seem to be a method behind the madness sometimes. The people at Well Hotel were easy to deal with when we showed up and didn't have 2,000 Baht for the room deposit, when a lot of other hotels would've made us jump through hoops to get it. The staff all seemed pretty well organised and efficient, which makes a big difference. The price we paid was very reasonable for the standard and location of the hotel. We were also given a room upgrade, which was nice considering we were travelling as a family (2 adults, 1 child). On the whole, I've stayed in hotels in BKK which offer a lot less which charge a lot more, so would definitely stay again.

Value of money to the max”

I chose here becoz it is a new hotel opened in Dec 2015 and its price was very reasonable as a city center hotel. It takes about 5-6 mins walk from Asoke BTS station to the hotel. There was local food stalls, convenient shop and bars outside the hotel, it keeps the street energetic so u won't be afraid of being late to back the hotel at night. It was a bright choice to stay in the hotel, as all facilities are brand new with fresh smell. The room was super comfy and beds are big and cozy enough for me to have good sleeps. The bathroom was very clean and tidy. Staff was friendly and nice. As my parents are celebrating their anniversary there, they decorate the room with romantic rose and wrote a card for them! What a surprise! In all, I am very satisfied with the stay and I recommend Well Hotel to all of you who wants a comfy and value-for-money stay in Bangkok.

Good location at the convergence of BTS Asoke and MRT Sukhumvit, traffic is very convenient. The lobby is with a good smell and looks luxurious. The design of the room is stylish and cozy. The bathroom has a tub, it's relaxing to bath in it. There is also a convenient store just nearby the hotel. The hotel give 2 drinks at the bar for free. What's more sweet is the room offer all kinds of charging cable, and can be used at the same time. Definitely would choose this hotel for next Bangkok stay!!

Greatest experience ever in Well hotel- reasonable price”

I stayed here 3 nights. Everything absoluty fabulous. Pros: - Staff is very helpful and friendly all times. They are very quickly to understand customer needs and help me actively. Their English also very good. - Phone included order system: amazing experience and quickly. If you are not good at English/ Chinese/ ... and afraid communication, this order system is a must for you. It include all room service (more toothpaste, change bedsheets, order food, book spa massage, ...) as well as introduce great service (Bellugg, tour, places in Bangkok, ...) - Facility: very well-maintaned. - I always put "Do not disturb" sign, and staff always give me a card in the door, just let me know that they can help me with the room anytime I want. => Many greatest experienecs that I cannot say it all here. I feel peaceful all time. If I come back to Bangkok, this is my 1st choice for my stay. Cons: - Few walks to nearest BTS. In Bangkok hot weather, it's kinda tired a little bit.

Staff Helpful and Location”

This is my second time stay in Well Hotel Bangkok. I was given a upgraded room to Deluxe , thanks to Front office manager , Mr David Vileo. This indeed welcome news. The daily, breakfast spread was OK. Combination of Western and Local food. The attention I get from concierge team is beyond expectation , I had an urgent call from my friend that her mum was hospitalized. I rushed to Mr Nut and Gle ( both concierge ) on duties to get to know which hospital is was based on the watapps picture sent. They took all effort to narrow down the hospital locations (google the road sign on the picture) and locate the target location. The next thing, I need to rush there and Mr Nut took all effort to call the GRAB as taxi during that peak period are unavailable . It took him to explain to the Grab driver to drop me at which entrance in hospital. All this process, I appreciated their help. Thank you to Mr Nut and Mr Gle. When I write this message, her mum is alright . This is great relief.

Outstanding”

This hotel was built in 2016 and is located near the Asok Skytrain/MTR-station and close to the shopping center Terminal 21. The room we had was big, tidy and very quiet. There was a big safety box where our computers fitted. A baby cot was provided for our 10-months baby. On level 7, there is a swimming pool and relax and training studio and possibility to participate in thai boxing class as well as cooking class. The hotel was luxurious and everything worked flawlessly. The staff was not only very sweet, but also totally professional. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices in the western-asian buffet. On the street there are three great food stalls. Very close are also two good and quick laundry services that we tried. This hotel exceeded our expectations! I am certain that this will be my first choice in Bangkok also in the future. Thanx for a great stay!

An excellent well located hotel”

This was my second visit to this hotel. It is situated about 6 minutes walk from BTS Asok and Sukhumvit Metro stations. Easiest access from them is to cross bridge to Exchange Tower go down escalator and then walk down to soi 20. Hotel has a rooftop pool and full spa facilities also an excellent breakfast and helpful staff. The Terminal 21 Shopping Centre is at the BTS and Metro stations and is filled with excellent restaurants. The area is very central and only a few stops from most attractions.

Fatabulous Stay at Well Hotel!”

The room was very spacious, clean and modern! The pillows have just the right amount of softness and the bed is just right. The best highlight in the room is the shower! A very good and strong flow of water and very consistent water temperature! The location of the hotel and good as well..just 5-10 mins walk to Asok Station. One thing the hotel can improve on is their service. Didn’t really have a pleasant service at the front office as the staff was unfriendly and we didn’t feel welcome at all during check-in. Overall, my boyfriend and I enjoyed our 4 nights stay at Well hotel and will definitely come back again on our next trip to Bangkok.

Execellent hotel, value for money”

Our stay at We’ll Hotel in Bangkok was nothing short of excellent! The staff, services offered by the hotel, food, room and so much more, there’s nothing I can complain about. Well situated in Sukhumvit20 district, it’s about a 10min walk to nearest Skytrain. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the Skytrain terminal. Amenities are execellent at the hotel, breakfast is a full spread, would highly recommend it. There’s a restaurant and spa in the hotel and both were excellent service and value for money. The staff all round were amazing!

Great stay, definitely going back. ”

Bangkok was our last stop in Thailand. We were sooo happy with this hotel. We're a little bit hesitant in the beginning because the price was too good but we thought we could take a chance. Superfood value for money with super clean rooms, very helpful staff, great interior design and in a a great location as well. Don't expect a stunning view in the pool area which is quite small and fairly cozy! Definitely we are staying here during our next visit.

Great value”

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location. Nice new, modern hotel with friendly and enthusiastic staff. From the greeting each morning to the goodnight they were fantastic and their friendliness added to our stay. Great location in Soi 20 just a short walk from Sukhumvit Road. About a ten to fifteen minute walk to BTS & MRT at Asoke.

Great value and stylish clean rooms”

Very pleasant stay and rooms with a stylish decor. The special rate we paid made for a great deal. The bed and pillows were comfy and the room was well maintained. If i had one complaint it was the room deposit. 2,000 baht per room is a bit steep compared to other 5 star hotels in the area. I think 1,000 is adequate and something they should review. When i asked why it was so high the receptionist said i don't know. Otherwise i would recommend the hotel and stay again.
