Ok first things first. This is a three-star hotel. Do NOT expect things that are not promised. Next. Wow, the staff here are so friendly and warm-hearted, from reception to the doorman. Their service is to be commended. I will definitely write in and also on Google reviews for this hotel. They made my mom so happy with their warmth and we will stay again if we’re in JB! Rooms: Super cold aircon (GREAT) and lovely views from the window. Pleasant scent from lobby to room. Loved the paper slippers, they’re of a better quality than the usual. Comfortable bed, just wish the pillows offered more support. I liked the open concept where you could hang your clothes and put your bags. Free water and a nice kettle to boil water if you need. I’m surprised they provided iron and ironing board! Loved that each side of the king bed had power points and a side table. Very thoughtful design! My only complaint is the toilet. It’s a very weird design where the fully-encased glass shower partition is right by the door. If you’re bigger-sized you’ll probably have problems getting in and out of there. Wonder why the toilet bowl and shower area aren’t switched instead.
