“Friendly staff, clean cleaning conditions.”
I was worried that due to its age it might be outdated, but I did not feel any signs of aging in the bathroom or the room sink. There were no unpleasant odors in the shower, and the room was kept clean every day. The female staff at the counter was very kind, and most of the staff were friendly, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The location is somewhat far from the main shopping areas, but in Sydney, with its well-maintained tram, bus, and subway systems, there was no difficulty getting anywhere. The oven worked well, and the refrigerator was large. The water flowed properly, and the cooking utensils were in good condition. The dishwasher was clean, and detergent was provided. All the necessary dishware was prepared, and items like scissors and tongs were also available. However, I usually prefer hotels with kitchens when traveling to Sydney, but there were more dining options nearby than I expected. There were many restaurants in Chinatown and the city center open late, which is why we only cooked once during our stay. I believe that on our next trip to Sydney, a room with a kitchen won't be necessary.

“Excellent service apartment, amazing staff”
We had the most enjoyable stay at Zara, our room was upgraded to a bigger one, more than sufficient for our family of 4 with 2 young kids (they shared a comfortable sofa bed). The kitchen was very well equipped, and we had amazing help from the staff who were friendly and always made sure our needs and questions were met 👍🏻. Will def stay again.

“Zara Tower do it again ”
Zara was easy to find for us folk from a small town unused to public transport. We caught the train from the international airport to central station. An easy walk less than 10 minutes from there. Bed and pillows beautiful towels awesome. Staff friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean.

Amazing rooms all open planned, so much space , my favourite part as a woman was the make up table in the wardrobe area with mirror and the lighting and the full length mirror.. the kitchen you can cook meals fully equipped and also the swinging chair you can relax in while watching a movie or reading a book ... prime location, close to everything just a short walk to anything you need.. it's definitely worth the money ... Staff were all polite and helpful..
