Comfortable and clean bed
I've travelled for well over 5 years in Thailand and I'm always pleasantly surprised by what you find that is unexpected. For westerners travelling to this area, please don't be put off by what I am about to write. The hotel is everything it proposes to be on Agoda, clean, comfortable and boutique style. I'm used to finding bargains and used to the Thai culture. You arrive to a drive up reception where there is a notice showing 2 prices. This identifies a Thai Hotel as a place to stay for a short time for sex. I stress it is not a brothel and neither did I see anything untoward, but western travellers may feel uncomfortable but you shouldn't this is normal. Great price, and just what is required if you are traveling far and need a rest place on route.
The hotel is for that price unbeatable, it´s better than all other hotels in Maha Sarakham, I know it cause i am there often. Disadvantage is the location. If you don´t have a car, you can´t stay there, it´s very far outside the city also you can´t open the window , mosquitos would eat you.
This hotel is far out of town. We had difficulty finding it and no contact number anywhere to call. The half night rate was a very low class. Made for people that are looking for a quick rendezvous. Lots of bugs be ause it is in the middle of a field - roaches, mosquitoes, etc... The bathroom is open-air which did not impress me as it should have. It rained in our bathroom, full of bugs at night, not private. We visit Mahasarakham often because we have a friend in university and we will not be returning to this hotel.
From the picture in websit, I did not know that this is a day-use hotel. No restaurant in the hotel. I have to say that it quit nce one but it is a motel.
je commence par le mais,si avez une voiture ou que vous êtes motards ,foncer. en bord de la grand route qui va roiet.assez calme la nuit por dormir .sinon l'hôtel vraiment trop en dehors de la ville.d'ailleurs il s'agit plutot de bungalows ,entre 15 et 20.a ou ahs,quelle différence??moi réservation a 400 sur agoda,et super content de la chambre ,design extérieur et intérieur modern.la bonne surprise la douche et le wc se trouvent a l'extérieur ,le soir la douche en plein air vraiment super!!eau en bouteille a volonté ,personnel vraiment super.
wir waren wirklich überrascht von diesem kleinen aber feinen motel. es ist zwar eher ein typisches ressort wie viele im isaan statt einem hotel, aber doch alles sehr gut ausgestattet, neuwertig und sauber. die toiletten/duschen sind mit einer mauer umgeben, aber unter freiem himmel. die betten ein wenig schmal aber wunderbar weich.die klimaanlage ist leise und ein flachbildfernseher ergänzen die ausstattung. wlan vorhanden und kostenfrei aber sehr langsam. man muss aber wissen, dass das resort von den einheimischen wohl mehr als romantisches stundenhotel genutzt wird - stundenweise gibt es die kleinen bungalows nämlich auch. man fährt links von der einfahrt direkt vor ein kleines fenster und bekommt dort seinen bungalow zugewiesen. dann fährt man mit dem austo direkt unter das vordach an seinem bungalow, eben wie im motel. wie zumeist in den resorts muss man aber nach einem schlüssel fragen. ausserdem gab es für den 2. tag bei uns keinen zimmerservice, vermutlich weil sonst niemand 2 nächte da bleibt. auf wunsch wurden aber eiswürfel, seife usw. noch nachgeliefert. das resort liegt zwar an der ausfallstrasse aber die fenster und türen waren so dicht, dass man im bungalow absolut nichts hört. einzig die versorgung ist ein wenig schwierig. läden und restaurants gibts in näherer umgebung garnicht. und die (westlichen) restaurants in den 2 shopping malls im 5 km entfernten maha sarakham schliessen spätestens um 22 uhr. auf halbem weg nach maha sarakham gibts noch nen tesco-express laden, der 24h geöffnet hat, sonst bleiben nur die 7/11 in maha sarakham. insgesamt lässt sich feststellen, für einen kurzzeitigen aufenthalt dort gibts kein besseres hotel in der ecke - ich würde immer wieder dort hinfahren.
